Payment Policy
In an effort to bring affordable high-quality dentistry to every patient, we accept many forms of payment, offer dental financing and will work with work with your dental insurance provider on your behalf to maximize your benefits.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
We offer a 10% cash discount or 5% senior citizen discount. We also accept all major credit cards as well as CareCredit and Lending Club. Our financial consultant will help you navigate the financial waters of dental care. Please know we will not do anything without your consent. This includes your knowledge of any financial commitment you are making.
Dental Financing
For our patients who would prefer to spread out the costs of their dental service(s) over a series of payments, our office offers CareCredit and Lending Club financing. You can apply for financing using the “Get Started” button below:
Insurance Policy
We have gone to great lengths to bring high-quality and affordable dental care to you.
List of dental insurances we accept:
Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental
However, we do accept assignment of benefits for all insurance plans that allow you to choose your dental provider. We have found that dental insurance, no matter the plan, is becoming obsolete. In other words, dental insurance does not play as important a roll in treatment choices as it used to.
Our office will gladly submit insurance claims for you to keep the stress of dealing with dental insurance off your plate. We will be able to let you know how much is covered by your insurance and do everything we can to maximize your dental insurance benefits.

Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between your employer and your insurance company. You are responsible for all professional fees at the time of service, regardless of coverage. Any financial agreements presented are an estimate of what the insurance company might pay; they may not be exact.
At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services and recommend any treatment you may need without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our moral obligation to provide you with the best dental care and help you achieve your best dental health.

Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to stay on time and honor your time. We understand that things come up unexpectedly that may delay or cause you to cancel your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment.
